Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Event cancelled by the organiser.
• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Any exceptional case approved by the organiser.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
